Why did we create this policy?
We collect the minimal amount of personal identifying information ("PII") that is needed to provide a satisfactory service. In general, you can visit our site without disclosing us your identity or tell us anything about yourself. Nevertheless, we created this policy to explain to you which data we do collect, how and why we do it, where we store it, how and when we might use it, who has access to it, and how you can check, modify, and delete it.
What personal information do we collect?
The only way we collect your PPI is via our contact form or when you contact us directly via email. However, the only data requested as mandatory in such cases are your name and email address. Nevertheless, other personal data that you may decide to share with us will be treated in the same way as we treat mandatory data.
Cookies are small text files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your browser. They are used to store general information ("non-personally identifiable data") about the website’s use and function, based on user behaviour. We use only cookies that are required by the plugins that allow us to offer you a fully functional website. However, we do not interpret such data by any means. You have the right and the option to identify, delete, and reject cookies on our website by changing your browser settings. We would like you to inform that this might compromise the functionality of our website though.
How and when do we use your personal information and who can access it?
We do not disclose any PII of yours obtained through our website to third parties. The only exceptions may be our website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website so long as they agree to keep your information confidential. Also, authorities that request information with valid court orders or similar official orders may be given access to personal data. In case we are contacted by any third party regarding your PII or your relationship with us, we reserve the right to inform you about such actions.
We may use your personal information to reply to your requests, offer you support, and provide further information when needed. We will not add you to any newsletter or mailing list.
Where we store your data and how we protect it?
All the emails and data sent to us are stored on our hosting parter's servers. We use technical security measures to prevent misuse, alteration or unauthorized disclosure of information under our control. We use security measures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online including and not limited to: physical, electronic and managerial procedures.
Since all reasonable precautions are taken to prevent unauthorized access to your information, in case you require information about your personal data, you have to provide additional forms of identification.

However, we are doing our best to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about sites we are linking to.
If you have any questions about this policy, or if you want to know what information we have collected about you, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also request correction of any errors in your personal data, updates, or require us to delete such data from any record under our control.
